Strategic Plan
Currently 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in NLP and 21614VIC Course in Process Oriented Coaching are undergoing reaccreditation to bring them in line with current vocational education guidelines. The intention is to continue to offer this material in the Business group of training programs. The Grad Cert NLP contains a skill set which is fundamental to effective management and management consulting functions, including culture change, staff motivation, strategic planning, facilitation, meetings and senior directorial functions. It also provides skills for improving and regenerating the personnel or HR functions, including remediating inter-personal difficulties at all levels and improving productivity in the work place.
Inspiritive intends to offer individual units of the Grad Cert NLP as well as the currently available Parts 1 and 2, which include all nine units that make up the qualification.
Inspiritive is applying for VET FEE-HELP to enable more suitably qualified people to access the Grad Cert NLP and its successor the VocGrad Cert NLP. The application is in process with the current program in the hope that it will translate directly to the successor when re-accreditation is complete.
None of Inspiritive’s programs need CRICOS accreditation as the longest is 40 days, which is offered every January and February as an intensive program as well as in a modular format of five days per month. Residents and citizens of other countries can access the intensive program using readily available existing visas so do not require student visas to be made available to them.
Outside training, Inspiritive’s directors are engaged in writing articles and material for publication on facets of NLP and are updating and preparing the NLP Field Guide Part 1 for translation into Chinese. The longer term plan is to provide material for Inspiritive graduates to use in their own work with NLP and be a source for reference. Other commercial activities include personal and business coaching and management consulting.
Inspiritive’s intention is to continue to promote and disseminate the highest quality of NLP through its accredited programs, its published work and the skills of its graduates in their workplaces.
